Aquascreen Cool ™ Mobile Air Cooler
Utilizes the natural physical principle of water evaporation and heat absorption to achieve efficient cooling.

Wet Curtain System: The unit is equipped with a special corrugated honeycomb paper wet curtain (multi-layer corrugated fiber composite), which has a large surface area and strong water absorption capacity.

Water Circulation: A water pump continuously draws water from the tank and evenly sprays it over the wet curtain, ensuring it is fully saturated.

PRODUCT PARAMETERS AND INTRODUCTION

This product is a high-power portable environmental cooling and refrigeration unit specifically designed for industrial, commercial, and large open/semi-open spaces.

Integrating the advantages of industrial air coolers, water-cooled air conditioners, and central cooling systems, it overcomes the limitations of traditional enclosed air conditioning and the weak cooling effect of conventional water-curtain fans. It achieves rapid, stable, and efficient cooling in open spaces, providing a professional solution for high-temperature environment cooling, localized temperature control, and ventilation heat dissipation.

The core of the device relies on a compressor-based refrigeration system, which first deeply chills the water stored in the built-in tank. A circulating water pump then evenly delivers the cold water to the heat-exchange water curtain inside the unit, forming a high-density, constant-temperature cold water curtain. Coupled with a high-power forced ventilation system, external hot air is powerfully drawn into the unit, where the airflow penetrates the entire low-temperature water curtain layer, enabling efficient and thorough sensible and latent heat exchange. This rapidly lowers air temperature while adjusting humidity, ultimately delivering constant-temperature, clean, and cool air through the front-mounted fan.

The system achieves rapid cooling and air circulation in large, open areas, with cooling efficiency far surpassing that of traditional evaporative air coolers. Equipped with dual-core cooling technology—closed water-curtain heat exchange and forced convective ventilation—along with an efficient refrigeration compressor, quiet circulating water pump, and high-airflow axial fan, it ensures stronger cooling, more efficient heat exchange, longer air delivery, and more uniform temperature reduction. It addresses industry pain points such as the inability of traditional air conditioners to operate in open workshops, factories, outdoor stalls, warehouses, and other scenarios, as well as the limited cooling capacity and poor performance of ordinary air coolers in high-temperature conditions.

The unit features an integrated vertical design with a fully metal sheet-constructed body for robust durability. Equipped with universal heavy-duty casters at the base, it requires no installation—simply plug in and use, and move freely to flexibly switch cooling areas, meeting multi-point and mobile cooling needs. It quickly dissipates accumulated heat in targeted areas, improving hot, stuffy, and poorly ventilated working and activity environments. Additionally, during the cooling process, it moderately humidifies the air to prevent dryness. With ventilation, air exchange, and multiple functions combined into one machine, it offers higher cost-effectiveness.
